To download your report you need your Dataflow Case number/Reference number and your registered passport number
Please check the email sent to you by Dataflow after completion of successful payment and once application is initiated Your Dataflow case number will be available on the same email and it starts with D001/D002/D003/D004/D005 You can check your reference number on the payment receipt, which was sent to your registered email on submission of your application

  • 6. For all re-verification cases closed as Unable to Verify, please reach out to the Dubai Health Authority directly for their review and Final Decision.

Since you mentioned that your initial report is not linked to DHA Sheryan account, you need to first link your report to DHA by doing report transfer. Click the below given "Report transfer Process" tab to check the steps

Re-verification can only be raised once on an Unable to Verify or Negative case. If you have already raised a re-verification request on the case before, DataFlow will not accept your second re-verification request. If you still feel that you would want a third attempt of verification to be done on your case, you can raise it as an “Additional Case” request. Report transfer for SCFHS is an offline process and you have to submit your request by raising a support ticket. Ensure to provide your Previous Dataflow Case Number/Reference Number and Letter of Authorization (LOA) of SCFHS, while raising your request. Also, share the below-mentioned information for us to process your request:-

  • 3. The report Transfer process is chargeable and the fee of 200 SAR is applicable (Per Report)
Important: If any of your previously verified document was completed on the basis of Verbal verification, a re-verification will be conducted for the written verification as per SCFHS requirement, hence, an additional fee will be applicable for the same i.e. 350 SAR for Non-Physician & 400 SAR for Physician (Per component / document). The DataFlow Group provides a PSV report re-issuance service to the Department of Health- Abu Dhabi (DoH) In order to reissue your previous report please follow the instructions below: You must obtain the Unique Identity Number (UIN) by registering on DoH User Management System (UMS) in order to successfully sign up and login on the application portal Click Here to go to DOH UMS. For new users the UIN will be sent by email after registration, and the user can view the UIN after login and click on profile from the main menu.
  1. To re-issue your previous report, additional document please visit here
  2. Login with your registered email ID and password to enter your ‘Dashboard’ which will reflect all the cases pending or submitted by you using the same credentials.
  3. On the Dashboard, please click on ADD NEW CASE to start the submission process.
  4. Select Report re-issuance from Case Type dropbox.
  5. Select the authority name for which you have screened before - and upload the copy of your DataFlow Group report including the barcode/ DataFlow Group case number.
  6. You can select multiple reports previously issued to other regulators or by TrueProfile.io. Each selected previous report is limited to one case.
  7. You would need to either enter your passport number used in your previous case or your date of birth to validate the case number.
  8. You will be required to fill the form including all the details of the documents that were previously verified.
  9. Please note: there will be no charges for previously verified documents and we will only charge for the additional documents submitted.
  10. On the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified.Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.

  5. Select the authority name for which you have screened before - and upload the copy of your DataFlow Group report including the barcode/ DataFlow Group case number.
  6. You can select multiple reports previously issued to other regulators or by TrueProfile.io. Each selected previous report is limited to one case.
  7. You would need to either enter your passport number used in your previous case or your date of birth to validate the case number.
  8. You will be required to fill the form including all details of the documents that were previously verified.
  9. Please note: there will be no charges for previously verified documents and we will only charge for the additional documents submitted.
  10. On the “Review of Application” page, please DO NOT select/tick the checkboxes for the documents that were previously verified. Only tick the checkboxes for the new documents that you want to verify and make the payment for the same.
  11. Make the required payment and submit your case

To process your re-verification you will have to raise your request by submitting a support ticket on the link mentioned below.

  • 1. You can request for Re-verification of your previous Unable to Verify/ Negative report by raising a support ticket
  • 2. Please ensure to mention your Dataflow Case Number/Reference Number/ Registered Passport Number while raising a support ticket. This will help our support team to review your application and process your request Documents required while submitting your request:-
    • 1. Dataflow report completed as Unable to Verify or Negative
    • 2. Passport Copy (latest)
    • 3. Signed Letter of Authorization.

 Note: This process might be chargeable depending upon the Type of UTV/Negative Report Once the ticket is submitted our team will get back to you with further information in the next 24-48 hours. To submit your request via ticket, Click here

  • To verify an additional document, you can login into your previous account
  • Click on Detailed Case Entry and select the Category based on the Country where you obtained your qualification
  • Fill the details of the qualification to be verified and upload the relevant document to be verified
  • Download, sign, scan and upload your Letter of Authorization
  • Carefully review your details before submitting your application
  • On the payment page click on "Submit Application" to complete the payment
